Every set of business records is full of people: customers, staff and suppliers. AI labs don’t want any of that. They want the work: the job, the problem, the fix and what it cost.
What comes out
- Names of people
- Email addresses and phone numbers
- Home and site addresses
- Account numbers, payment details and ID numbers
- Anything else that could point to a person, agreed case by case
What stays in
The job details, prices, quantities, technical notes, dates where they don’t identify someone, and the back-and-forth that explains what happened. That’s the part with value.
You choose what’s left out
You can leave out whole clients, projects, folders or types of record. Many businesses leave out HR and payroll entirely, which is often the simplest route.
Removing names isn’t the whole job
Sometimes a record can point to a person even without their name, for example a small firm with one engineer in a named town. Those cases need a closer look. We assess the rights and the personal information before any detailed review, and the steps taken are written into the agreement.
Nothing moves without an agreement
Records go only to the buyer named in your agreement, for the uses it allows. No logins or passwords are needed to start, and nothing is shared until you’ve signed.
