McKays helps business owners, directors and office-holders find out whether old digital records could earn a return from AI developers.
What we do
AI developers want real records of how work gets done: quotes, emails, drawings, job files and the decisions around them. Many businesses hold years of exactly that. We look at what you have, check who can authorise its use, and where there’s a fit, work towards an agreed sale or licence.
We work with businesses in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, and with digital records only.
Who’s behind it
McKays is run by Richard McKay, who has 30 years in business across construction and e-commerce, including building Sprung, and is an early adopter of AI. Richard on LinkedIn.
